BASE FRAME (6MM Thick Steel Channel Frame)

Engine & alternator mounted on common steel 6mm thickness channel frame with AVM pads.

Base frame with detachable fuel tank with drain plug, air vent and outlet connection, level indicator and provision for cleaning.

ACOUSTIC CANOPY

Canopy fabricated with 1.6mm to 3.2mm CRCA sheet weather proof enclosure to withstand harsh climate.
The enclosure parts are subjected to a 7 tank process before primer application.
Primary coating with zinc or epoxy with 75 microns thickness.
A top coat finish is applied with Ultramarine blue of 75 microns thickness to meet customer requirements.
Specially designed to meet stringent MoEF/ CPCB II norms of 75 dBA @ 1mtr.
High quality noise abosorbant and fire retardant grade acoustic insulation material (PU Foam) complying to IS8183.
Two point lifting for easy handling at customer site.

CONTROL PANEL

Control panel manufactured with 16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated with weather proof long lasting finish.
The control panel consists of the following parts;
1. Tata/ Deep sea AMF Logic controller
2. Indicating lamps for load ON and set running.
3. Instruments fuses duly wired and ferruled.
4. DEC make Relay for Start, Stop and AMF Logic control.
5. MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protection.
